Vacancy: Head of Investor Acquisition (Luxury Real Estate, Bali)

Salary: $2, % from personal deals + 0.5% from team sales

We are looking for the head of a premium direction who will build an investor acquisition channel through work in Bali's top hotels (Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski, Apurva, Mulia, etc.).

Team Under the Manager

Promoters (2 people per hotel)

* Promoter salary: $1,000–$1,500 (depending on experience and English level)

* Promoter commission: 1.5% per deal

* Work inside the selected hotel as "guests," softly approaching VIP tourists

* Convert guests into Private Viewing Tour participants

The Manager receives 0.5% from every deal closed by their promoters' clients.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES of the Manager

  1. Build the promoter team

* Recruit 6–10 promoters

* Train them in communication standards and 5-star hotel etiquette

* Personally test each candidate

  1. Organize presence in the hotels

* Develop a "silent communication" model that doesn't violate hotel policies

* Ensure the team's daily presence in the hotels

* Create scripts for initiating conversations with VIP tourists

  1. Manage the funnel and close investors

* Maintain CRM

* Personally conduct consultations with high-net-worth guests

* Convert guests to on-site project viewings

* Independently close 1–2 deals per month

  1. Manage team performance

* Control promoter conversion

* Form daily reports

* Ensure performance: from 1 deal → toward 2–3 deals/month

KPIs

* Team recruitment: at least 6 promoters

* 40–60 warm contacts per promoter per month

* 15+ investor tours per month from the entire team

* Sales plan: 1 deal in the first month, then 2–3 monthly

Compensation

Manager

* $2,500 base salary

* 0.5% — personal deals

* 0.5% — team deals

Promoters

* $1,000–$1,500 base salary

* 1.5% commission
