International Head of Sales

One of Bali's prominent property and lifestyle investment groups focused on sustainable development is searching for an International Head of Sales to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is a world-class sales leader with deep experience in luxury real estate, global market expansion, and UHNW/HNW client engagement. They are a sophisticated communicator, a strategic thinker, and a results-driven operator capable of scaling multi-market sales networks and delivering exceptional revenue performance. This person brings a strong international background, established relationships with premium real estate agencies and private networks, and the ability to translate the brand's craftsmanship and vision into compelling sales experiences.
Requirements:
- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Minimum 10–15+ years of proven success in international sales leadership within luxury real estate, private wealth services, hospitality investments, or related high-value sectors.
- Strong track record achieving USD 50M–100M+ annual sales or managing multi-market sales operations with high-value transactions.
- Existing networks within HNW/UHNW clientele, private banks, family offices, wealth advisors, premium developers, and luxury real estate brokers.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale international sales teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to design and execute global go-to-market and revenue-growth strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills suited for high-stakes transactions.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities, comfortable representing the brand at international conferences and luxury showcases.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and sales performance tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining elegance, professionalism, and brand alignment.
- Fluent in English, additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, French) are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for international events, partner meetings, and market development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve and exceed USD 100M+ villa sales targets, driving growth across priority international markets.
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing global sales team, including regional managers and international agents across APAC, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury real estate agencies, private brokers, family offices, and UHNW networks, ensuring strong brand positioning worldwide.
- Deliver bespoke, high-touch sales experiences tailored for UHNW/HNW clients, integrating storytelling, lifestyle aspiration, and deep market expertise.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Development, and Operations to create a seamless client journey from first inquiry and financial consultation to villa handover and long-term after-sales relations.
- Represent the brand at global luxury property exhibitions, investor summits, and exclusive private events, acting as a senior brand ambassador.
- Analyse global market trends, wealth movement patterns, and competitive landscapes to guide pricing strategies, market entry decisions, and product positioning.
- Promote a culture of sales excellence, leveraging CRM systems, performance metrics, pipeline analysis, and continuous training.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and messaging across all territories and external partnerships.
