CleanDong is a fast-growing POS & Management System designed specifically for laundry businesses, and we also operate a rapidly expanding Laundry Franchise across Indonesia.

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Head of Sales to lead our sales expansion, drive sales, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across all business lines.

Job Description

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy and overseeing performance for both business divisions:

1. CleanDong POS & Management System

  • Acquire laundry business owners who require modern POS & management solutions
  • Develop market penetration strategies and channel partnerships
  • Manage and drives sales pipeline, performance, and monthly targets

2. CleanDong Laundry Franchise

  • Manage the full sales funnel for franchise acquisition
  • Build strong relationships with potential franchisees
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth franchise onboarding

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies
  • Build, drive, lead, and mentor the sales team
  • Expand revenue through POS SaaS sales and franchise sales
  • Establish strategic partnerships with industry players (suppliers, communities, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Prepare sales forecasts and management reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Leadership
  • Strong background in SaaS / POS System / Retail Technology sales is a major advantage
  • Experience in Laundry Business or Franchising is a big plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, data-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Wide network in F&B, retail, laundry, or franchise industries is an advantage
