Job Purpose

Develop Unilever Food Solutions Business through Trade and Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) Channel by collaboration and lead Operators & Distributor to achieve UFS Target.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the Horeca channel focusing on the hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development for UFS products.

  • Drive new customer acquisition and maximize product penetration.

  • Customer engagement and relationship building.

  • Demand creation through simple cooking.

  • As UFS representatives to provide Horeca business solutions.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in field sales, strong track record in the Horeca/Foodservice industry would be prioritized.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree education in any major.

  • High passion for culinary business.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sale drive.

  • Willing to be placed across Indonesia and to travel as needed.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

Skill

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Able to do simple cooking & product applications.

  • Preferably fluent in English.

  • Disciplined with CRM admin.
