About the Project
We are hiring on behalf of one of the most ambitious and visionary real estate developments in Bali — a large-scale cultural and lifestyle ecosystem that brings together residential, commercial, and hospitality projects under one sustainable vision.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Head of Sales Strategy & Commercial Development
to drive the commercial success of this real estate portfolio. This strategic role sits at the intersection of product, pricing, and sales — shaping how projects are positioned in the market, developing financial models for buyers, and supporting the sales team in closing high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market packaging for new real estate projects, including investor decks and buyer materials.
- Build and update financial models for property buyers, showcasing ROI, yield, and payment structures.
- Design and execute pricing strategies, including phased price adjustments and promotional frameworks.
- Conduct training sessions to elevate the sales team's performance, negotiation, and product knowledge.
- Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and executive teams to align commercial strategy across all projects.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to refine sales and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, sales strategy, or real estate investment.
- Strong financial modeling and pricing strategy expertise.
- Proven track record supporting sales teams and closing premium deals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-end residential or investment property markets is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially driven mindset.
