About the Role

We are seeking a world-class
International Head of Sales
to lead the global sales strategy for one of Indonesia's most ambitious luxury villa developments –
more than 100 turnkey villas
positioned to generate at least
USD 100 million
in total sales revenue.

This is not just a sales leadership position, it's a chance to build and lead a high-performing international team, shape a premium global brand, and redefine the benchmark for luxury real estate sales across Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an international sales strategy to achieve USD 100 million++ villa revenue.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional sales managers and agents across key markets (APAC, Europe, Middle East).
  • Forge partnerships with luxury agencies, brokers, and private wealth networks.
  • Create compelling sales narratives and experiences for UHNW and HNW clients.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and development to deliver a seamless client journey from inquiry to handover.
  • Represent the brand at global luxury property events, exhibitions, and private showcases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of leading
    international real estate or luxury asset sales
    (preferably USD 50 M + portfolio).
  • Deep network in
    luxury property, lifestyle, and private investment
    segments.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, equally comfortable in boardrooms and private client meetings.
  • Inspiring leader with strong emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and closing ability.
  • Excellent communicator in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience across
    Asia-Pacific, Middle East, or Europe
    luxury markets preferred.
