About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at PT TUAS MAS MANDIRI DIGITAL PAYMENT'. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our digital payment solutions. This is a full-time position based in our Setiabudi, Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to cross-functional teams
  2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements
  3. Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
  4. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product requirements
  5. Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  6. Communicate progress, challenges, and product updates to leadership and cross-functional teams

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital payments or financial technology industry
  3. Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
  5. Proficient in using product management tools and techniques, such as user research, product roadmapping, and agile development
  6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas to cross-functional teams
