Job Description:

  • Design and build high-fidelity mockups, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Conduct and utilize insights from user research, usability testing, and wireframing techniques to validate design decisions.
  • Maintain and evolve our design systems and ensure consistency, adherence to best practices for responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to deliver a cohesive product vision.
  • Use a creative and problem-solving mindset to identify user pain points and translate business requirements into functional design specifications.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Experience designing for mobile and web platforms is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and wireframing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
