• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web applications, mobile apps, landing pages, B2B systems, and more.
• Conduct user research, validate concepts, iterate on ideas, and gather feedback.
• Build design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create design specifications for handoff to development teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, design tools, and technologies.

What You Will Need

• 1-2 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong time management skills to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every element and flow is at the highest standard.
• Strong analytical thinking to identify complex business problems and requirements and deliver excellent, simple design solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills to explain your decisions and the strategy behind your creative choices and output.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product strategy.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and other prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Not Required But Nice To Have

• Experience with motion graphics or UI animation, including LottieFiles.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency.
