We are currently looking for a talented and detail-oriented:

Leader Document & UX Design

Placement: Mampang, South Jakarta

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

Education:

-Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering.

Experience:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Design and/or digital product documentation.

-At least 2 years of experience leading a team or coordinating design/documentation projects.

Design & Prototyping Tools:

-Proficient in creating low-to-high fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma.

-Familiar with design systems, wireframes, and interactive flows.

Documentation Expertise:

-Able to create and maintain clear and structured documentation, including:

SOP, User Manuals, API Docs, Technical Guides (Juknis & Jukops) Experience working with versioning, style guides, and documentation frameworks.

Development Knowledge:

-Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

-Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA, and product managers.

Soft Skills:

-Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially when conveying ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

-Passionate about continuous learning and improving documentation and UX quality.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the planning and execution of UX design and product documentation across multiple platforms.

-Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation, including flow diagrams, user guides, technical references, and operation manuals.

-Ensure documentation aligns with product implementation by collaborating closely with developers and QA.

-Serve as a bridge between Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA to synchronize user needs and internal processes.

-Review and ensure quality of all UI/UX designs and documentation outputs produced by the team.

-Develop and manage design systems and documentation frameworks for consistency and scalability.

-Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve design clarity and documentation usability.

-Coach team members and perform regular reviews, providing feedback on documentation style, structure, and accuracy.

-Uphold confidentiality of all internal and external projects.
