Location : Setiabudi One, South Jakarta

A premium Korean concept aesthetic clinic located in Setiabudi One is seeking a Responsible Pharmacist (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab / APA) who is competent, reliable, and experienced in pharmacy operations within an aesthetic clinic setting. This role is essential in ensuring medication safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality pharmaceutical services for patients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Regulation

• Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with Ministry of Health regulations, BPOM requirements, and clinic standards.

2. Medication & Product Management

• Manage planning, procurement, receiving, storage, and dispensing of medicines and skincare products.
• Conduct regular expiry-date checks, perform stock-opname to ensure accurate inventory levels, and maintain proper storage quality (including temperature and humidity control).

3. Pharmaceutical Services

• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and medical staff.
• Dispense medications according to doctors' prescriptions and ensure accuracy of dosage, indication, and usage instructions.
• Support doctors and nurses in preparing treatment-related products.

4. Pharmacy Area Supervision

• Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and the pharmacy team.
• Develop and implement pharmacy SOPs effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the pharmacy area.

Qualifications

1. Professional Pharmacist degree (Apoteker) with an active STRA.
2. Willing to serve as the clinic's Responsible Pharmacist (APA).
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical clinic, or similar setting (preferred).
4. Knowledgeable in clinical pharmacy management, BPOM regulations, storage systems, and reporting requirements.
5. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork capability.
6. Neat and professional appearance.
7. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.
8. Strong English skills, with minimum 80% active speaking and understanding (highly preferred).
