Tugas Utama

1.     Melakukan proses rekrutmen, mutasi, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan.

2.     Menyusun dan mengelola manpower planning, payroll, serta administrasi BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.

3.     Menguasai UU ketenaga kerjaan sehingga bisa menampung aspirasai serta menyeimbangi kepentingan karyawan sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan.

4.     Mengelola seluruh aktivitas General Affairs, termasuk manajemen aset, perizinan, persediaan perlengkapan kantor, layanan kebersihan, keamanan, serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal.

5.     Meningkatkan performa karyawan secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi dengan departemen terkait untuk menyusun metode pelatihan, membuat materi pelatihan, serta mengimplementasikan pelatihan yang dibutuhkan.

Key Requirements / Qualification

1.     Pendidikan min S1, diutamakan jurusan Psikologi / Managemen / Hukum.

2.     Usia Maksimal 50 tahun.

3.     Memiliki pengalaman menangani minimal 200 karyawan.

4.     Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Manager HRD & GA.

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota.
