HR Generalist

About Us

Bottega Italiana Bali is a growing hospitality group with multiple venues across Bali. We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Generalist to support our team and ensure all HR processes run smoothly and follow Indonesian manpower regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR administration: filing, contracts, letters, and data entry.
• Support recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Process and update BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Be the first point of contact for staff questions and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist payroll with attendance checks and basic data input.
• Maintain employee records and prepare simple HR reports.
• Help coordinate internal training and employee development.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR or administration.
• S1 degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good understanding of Indonesian manpower processes (BPJS, contracts, attendance, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to learn and grow within a small, supportive HR team.
