Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

  • Develop and evaluate the performance of salespeople through regular assessments, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business success.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing after-sales service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Implement processes to monitor and improve customer feedback and overall service quality post-sale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale or B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales performance evaluation, and target setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to adjust strategies and achieve goals.
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
