Sales Manager

ASAI Village, a hospitality property located in Jimbaran, is opening an opportunity for professional and experienced candidates to join as a Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding business networks, and ensuring the achievement of the company's occupancy and revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online platforms.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and property visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to the General Manager.
- Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to work effectively and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Domiciled in Bali.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager position, preferably in the hospitality or villa management industry.
- Strong network with travel agents, corporate clients, and OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written.
- Target-oriented, communicative, and possessing strong negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a professional appearance.
