Sales Edutainment Manager
The Sales Edutainment Manager is responsible for developing, marketing, and selling edutainment programs to schools, educational institutions and communities. This role focuses on revenue growth, market expansion, client relationship management, and ensuring program quality aligns with educational needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
· Identify new market opportunities within schools, universities, educational groups
· Create sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional packages for edutainment programs
· Conduct school visits, presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to acquire new clients.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports including pipeline, conversion rates, client categories, and revenue results.
· Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably in education, edutainment, theme parks, museums, or training industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop concepts for educational programs.
• Willing to travel and conduct school/field visits regularly.
