Sales Manager or Director of Sales

Job Description:
- Lead the overall sales strategy, planning, and execution across all business units.
- Develop annual sales goals and ensure alignment with company revenue objectives.
- Oversee the performance of sales managers and guide them in achieving targets.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with owners, investors, and global partners.
- Design and manage multi-company or group sales structures to optimize performance.
- Supervise the development of sales channels, funnels, and performance tracking systems.
- Oversee the CRM platform to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to coordinate pricing and promotion strategies.
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company in major negotiations, partnerships, and trade events.
Qualification:
- Minimum years of experience in sales within hospitality, luxury travel, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Skilled in CRM and sales pipeline management (hospitality/travel ERP systems preferred)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-company or group sales structures
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills (owners, investors, and global partners)
- Experience in building sales channels, funnels and sales reporting
