Position Overview:

After dominating Thailand and building the most powerful real estate ecosystem in the region, FazWaz is taking things international. Were expanding across Southeast Asia, and the first stop is Bali.

To lead this new chapter, were hiring a Sales Director, someone who knows the game, knows the island, and knows how to build a winning team from the ground up. This is not your average job. Its a leadership role with real ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and lead FazWazs Bali brokerage

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

  • Drive sales performance and hit monthly revenue targets

  • Build operational processes that support scalable growth

  • Leverage FazWazs technology and inbound lead system to dominate the market

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and ownership

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a real estate brokerage in Bali

  • Hands-on leader who leads from the front, not behind a desk

  • Proven track record of scaling teams and consistently exceeding sales targets

  • In-depth knowledge of Balis real estate market and buyer behavior

  • Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the office like their own business

  • Strategic, driven, and relentless in execution and results delivery
