Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes both in-office and remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
- Proficiency in delivering Customer Service excellence
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the cosmetic or raw materials industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
