The Role: Partnerships Manager - Remote

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and grow strategic partnerships that enhance our social network's ecosystem. This role requires a strong mix of business development, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to create partnerships that drive user growth, engagement, and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with company goals, including brand collaborations, content partnerships, creator programs, and technology integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership activities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Data teams to develop and execute partnership plans.
  • Track partnership performance, analyze results, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimization to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events, industry gatherings, and partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management—preferably within social media, tech, digital media, or entertainment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage partner relationships end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Self-starter with excellent organization and time-management skills
