Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia, seeks a Chef De Partie to ensure high-quality food preparation and service. Responsibilities include managing daily kitchen activities, supervising and training junior staff, and maintaining culinary standards in assigned sections. The Chef De Partie will collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu creation, quality control, and food presentation, while upholding hygiene and health regulations and optimizing food items and resources.

Qualifications

  • Proven bakery skills, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Experience in the same position at international hospitality industry with proven kitchen supervision, staff management
  • Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and health standards
  • Culinary creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Culinary certification or professional training in a hospitality-related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts
  • Passion for showcasing local and international cuisine while fostering an exceptional dining experience
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
