Job Desk :

  • Mengatur strategi dan memastikan agar proses operasional/produksi di dapur berjalan dengan lancar dan efektif
  • Memastikan produk makanan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan
  • Bekerjasama dengan tim kitchen dalam proses produksi
  • Menjalankan SOP yang sudah ada, dan memastikan implementasinya berjalan dengan lancar
  • Bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan proses yang ada mulai dari pemesanan bahan baku sampai dengan pengantaran ke customer

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia Maksimal 40 Tahun
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Chef De Partie selama 1 Tahun
  • Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Penempatan di Denpasar Barat, Bali
  • Dapat segera bergabung
