About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie (CDP) :

  1. CDP Hot/Cold Kitchen
  2. CDP Pastry
  3. CDP Bakery

To join our dynamic culinary team at PT. IAS HOSPITALITY INDONESIA' in Bali. As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals that showcase our commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing hospitality group.

What you'll be doing

The Chef de Partie (CDP) for Hot & Cold Kitchen is responsible for supervising and executing daily culinary operations. The CDP ensures that food quality, hygiene, and production standards are maintained while leading and supporting the kitchen team.
