We are looking for a dynamic and personable Villa Manager (VM) to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We are looking for Kerobokan & Seminyak area.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and property management is highly preferred.
  • Mode of transportation (motorbike)
  • Based in Kerobokan and Seminyak

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service.
  • Supervise and train villa staff to ensure they meet the company standards and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain the villa in top condition. Arrange for and oversee villa maintenance tasks.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, mostly in person, professionally and efficiently.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies.
  • Manage budgets and financial records related to villa operations.
