About the role
Join the opening team at La Brava Villas Bingin as a full-time Villa Receptionist in Bingin. You will be the face of our villa resort, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an excellent experience for our guests.
Job summary
The receptionist is the face of La Brava and the first point of contact for guests. This role involves managing the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional service.
Duties and responsibilities
Guest service:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm welcome
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out tasks
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage online/phone bookings and modify reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide information about the La Brava, its amenities, and the local area
- Upsell additional services and help guests with booking transportation, tours, and other activities
Front Desk Operations:
- Work with the housekeeping department in keeping villa status updated and coordinate with maintenance team for any repair needed
- Perfect knowledge of PMS
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Good knowledge in using hotel management software and front desk equipment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of local attractions
- Experience in luxury hospitality
