Job Summary:
As a Reception Staff member at our villa management company, you will play a crucial role in the corporate front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Your primary focus will be on managing inquiries, providing essential information about our services, and supporting administrative functions within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about company services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Support scheduling and logistics for corporate meetings and events.
- Handle office supplies inventory and ensure the reception area is well-stocked.
- Uphold the company's standards for professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in business administration or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Willing to work on site in Bali (Uluwatu Area).
