Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests during their stay.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and online bookings.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist with transactions, billing, and handling guest complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping and Kitchen teams to fulfill special requests.
  • Go the extra mile to provide personalized guest experiences.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and peaceful front desk environment.
  • Assisting the Kitchen team with delivering the food order to the villa
  • Assisting the guest with any item to be brought to the room, together with the Housekeeping team, and if they are not around, to be independently following up

Qualifications:

Live in Bali

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel/resort front office or receptionist role.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude.

Commitment to high-level customer service and problem-solving.

Well-groomed, professional, and able to work independently or in a team.

Computer literate, fast typer, and comfortable with reservation systems.

Preferably living in the Kediri-Tabanan area or within commuting distance.

Flexible to work morning, evening, and occasional night shifts.
