A rapidly growing villa management company based in Bali, specialising in the professional management of private villas for property owners and investors is looking for an Admin & OTA to join their team.

The Admin & OTA role is an essential part of the company's operations. This full-time, office-based position focuses on managing OTA platforms (Airbnb, ) through their dedicated Channel Manager (Hostfully), handling reservations, optimising occupancy and revenue, tracking expenses, and preparing monthly reports for villa owners and investors. This role ensures that listings are accurate, reservations run smoothly, and financial data is consistently up-to-date and reliable.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates, based in Bali or willing to work onsite in Pererenan.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in administration, reservations, OTA management, or a similar role (hospitality background preferred).
  • Experience with Airbnb, , and/or OTA platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Channel Managers (especially Hostfully) is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using digital tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • English proficiency required (for guest communication and OTA management).
  • Able to manage multiple villas, listings, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined in an office work environment.
  • A fast learner who adapts well to digital tools and new systems.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and administrative processes.
  • Strong in written communication and able to respond professionally to guest inquiries.
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistent results.
  • Professional, responsible, and eager to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Responsibilities :

  • Daily management of Hostfully.
  • Monitor, update, and control all Airbnb & listings.
  • Check availability, reservations, and ensure synchronisation across platforms.
  • Daily review and adjustment of pricing.
  • Implement dynamic pricing to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and booking trends.
  • Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages on Airbnb &
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Ensure smooth reservation follow-up from confirmation to arrival.
  • Create listings for newly onboarded villas.
  • Upload and update descriptions, amenities, photos, rules, and settings.
  • Maintain listing accuracy and ensure brand standards.
  • Review and record daily villa expenses submitted by field staff.
  • Update expense spreadsheets per villa.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in expense documentation.
  • Prepare monthly revenue, occupancy, and expense reports.
  • Consolidate financial data per villa.
  • Submit reports to the Director of Operations for review and approval.
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations.
  • Work under the supervision and guidance of the Company Director.
  • Ensure smooth communication across internal teams.
