Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations, maintain property standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.

Ensure all villas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure efficient coverage.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.

Maintain communication between management and staff.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality, preferably villas or resorts.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Knowledge of housekeeping and basic maintenance procedures.

Customer service–oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
