We are currently seeking a high-spirited and self-motivated individual to join our team as:

LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Kaba-Kaba, Tabanan, Bali
— a peaceful sanctuary featuring three beautifully designed villas surrounded by lush tropical greenery and cool, fresh air. With expansive gardens and a serene shared swimming pool, this estate offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a gardener or landscaping staff in a villa, resort, or hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tropical plants, flowers, ornamental plants, medicinal herbs, and trees.
  • Ability to assess plant health and identify specific care needs.
  • Skilled in routine plant care, including pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and seasonal maintenance.
  • Familiar with the use and maintenance of gardening tools and basic irrigation systems.
  • Experience in maintaining swimming pools and decorative ponds, including water quality checks, cleaning, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of pool chemistry (chlorine levels, pH balance) and pond ecology is a plus.
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Honest, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
