We are looking for a dedicated and professional Housekeeping/Butler Supervisor to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and delivering personalized experiences, we'd love to hear from you

Position: Housekeeping/Butler Supervisor

Location: Navya Villas, Umalas, Bali

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury villas or hotels.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of discretion.

Requirements:

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and offer a warm welcome.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including in-villa dining arrangements.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, from transportation arrangements to activity bookings.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months
