FINNS Beach Club is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping BOH Supervisor to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment that supports our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of BOH areas, ensuring all BOH areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Schedule and assign housekeeping staff duties, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of BOH areas to identify cleaning or maintenance needs and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
  • Train and motivate team members on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleaning records, checklists, and shift reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and BOH hygiene standards is an advantage.
