Head House Keeping

Job Summary:

looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. This role ensures all rooms, linens, and public areas are spotless, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standard. Must be organized, calm under pressure, and solution-focused — not defensive when receiving feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.

  • Inspect rooms and ensure top cleanliness and presentation.

  • Maintain correct par stock levels for all linens, covers, and cleaning supplies.

  • Train and motivate staff to follow standards and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments.

  • Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years in a housekeeping supervisor/head role (hotel, villa, or resort).

  • Strong eye for detail and high sense of responsibility.

  • Good leadership and communication skills.

  • Basic computer and inventory knowledge.

  • Positive attitude, honest, and solution-driven.
