PT Cemarne Balicasa Theecolodge is a Foreign Investor Company located in Bali, specializing in Consultant Services, and is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team in Sales & Marketing / OTA Executive.

We are looking for a professional with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to support our growing business.

General Requirement:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales, marketing, or OTA management (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Willing to work full time and be based in Bali

Skills Requirement:

  • Ability to develop effective marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and OTA platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Main Objective: To drive revenue growth and brand visibility by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, while efficiently managing OTA platforms to maximize occupancy, optimize pricing, and enhance the company's online presence.
