Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the hotels/Villa official website, ensuring it is use friendly, visually, appealing and optimized for Search Engines, Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) & Channel Management.

· Responsible for driving online visibility, engagement and revenue growth through the hotel's website, online travel agencies (OTA's), social media and other digital channels.

· Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to maximize direct bookings and market share.

· Manage the hotel's presence content (images, descriptions) and inventory on various third-party platforms (Expedia, , Trip Advisor, etc)

· Ensuring rate parity and maximizing exposure.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Search Engine, Search Engine Marketing, email marketing and social media advertising to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

· Monitor online reviews and guest feedback across all platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses to maintain a positive online reputation.

· Work closely with cross functional teams, including sales, IT, Marketing and operations, to ensure online effort align with overall business objectives.

With Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 – 3 year in hospitality management, preferably as same position in villas, resorts or boutique hotels.

· Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration.

· Strong communication and project management systems

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technology.

· Familiar with online booking engines and property management systems.
