Villa Manager – Kali Bali Properties

Location: Badung, Bali

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Villa Manager to join our growing team at Kali Bali Properties. The Villa Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of assigned villas, maintaining the highest service standards, and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This position requires excellent leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while upholding the company's operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of villas under Oasis Villa Management.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient villa performance, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service.
  • Supervise and evaluate villa staff performance, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
  • Conduct regular quality control and maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, pool, and garden teams to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies (linens, guest amenities, cleaning products, etc.).
  • Ensure efficient villa check-in and check-out processes and handle guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with villa owners and ensure regular communication on property updates and performance.
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports and expense summaries.
  • Monitor and manage villa budgets, expenses, and cost control strategies.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in villa or hospitality management (minimum 1 years in a similar role).
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems (mobile-based operation familiarity is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
  • Skilled in handling guest requests and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Understanding of guest needs and personalized service expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be currently residing in Bali.
