Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Ciputat. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing campaigns, developing and implementing marketing plans, overseeing social media presence, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to enhance brand positioning. The role also involves supervising the marketing team and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Marketing strategy, Campaign management, and Brand positioning
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
  • Experience in market research, customer insights, and trend analysis
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in content creation, creative thinking, and innovative problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Previous experience in FMCG or the skincare industry is an advantage
