Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ciputat, as the Head of Brand Marketing. You will lead and execute brand marketing strategies, oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to enhance brand awareness, and manage the brand's identity and positioning. Key responsibilities include driving the growth of the brand, developing brand strategy, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure execution, and analyzing market trends to identify brand opportunities. You'll also guide a team of marketing professionals and ensure alignment with the company's core values and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Brand Awareness
- Proficiency in Marketing principles and practices, with a focus on Brand Management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and elevating a brand in competitive markets
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data-driven strategies
- Experience in the skincare or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field
