We are Hiring :

We are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in building energy optimization, IOT & Building Automation systems

RESPONSABILITIES

  • increase sales by acquiring new customers
  • Identify targets and reach out to facility managers, decision-makers in industries such as food & beverage, logistics, property management, Data Centers, Oil & Gas
  • collect key information about market trends and competition
  • improve marketing & sales documents and pitch the proposed solution/service
  • assist the operational technician in site survey, identify operational constraints, and assess technical/economic feasibility
  • prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts up to signature
  • manage customer relationships and after-sales service
  • report activities to management and manage the pipeline process

Requirements

  • STM/D3/S1 (Preferably in Engineerin
  • g)3-4+ years of experience in B to B sales, ideally in the energy management industry, or with technical solutions (as BMS & HVAC-R systems
  • ).Successful record of negotiations with decision-makers/ facility managers in large companies, including in the Food & Beverage, property management, warehouse distribution center, and logistics market segment
