Duties and Responsibility :

  • Prepare and manage sales administration, including quotations, sales orders, and contract documents.
  • Support the Sales team in customer follow-up, scheduling, and report preparation.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 / S1 degree
  • Able to speak in English & Mandarin will be advantage
  • Proven work experience as Sales Support or Sales Admin at least 3 years
  • Having good computer skill MS Office, familiar with Accurate program
  • Fast learner and good communication skill
  • Proactive and dead-line fulfillment oriented
  • High integrity, committed, honest and responsible person
  • Accuracy, cooperative as a Teamwork
  • Available Immediately
