Job Description:
- Lead and execute commercial land sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and business operators with interest in owning commercial land.
- Build and maintain strong networks with F&B operators, retail brands, corporate users, and property investors.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, tracking leads from identification to closing.
- Conduct market analysis to understand buyer needs, pricing, and competitive projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, legal) to prepare sales materials, proposals, and transaction documentation.
- Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Support Happywalk commercial street leasing on a minor basis, mainly for coordination or tenant introductions.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in land sales, for commercial property development.
- Proven network and connections with potential buyers (e.g., F&B operators, retailers, corporates, and investors).
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value land transactions.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of local commercial market trends and buyer motivations.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with strong sales ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client database of F&B brands, retail groups, or corporates seeking to purchase land.
- Experience in mixed-use or township development.
- Familiarity with land transaction processes and regulations in Indonesia
