Job Description

  • Creating And Managing Budgets For Hospital Operations And Patient Care Services, Including Setting Prices For Services Provided
  • Overseeing The Development And Implementation Of New Programs That Support The Mission Of The Hospital Or Medical Center
  • Managing The Operations Of The Hospital Or Medical Center, Such As Reviewing Patient Care Plans, Monitoring Staff Performance, And Evaluating Clinical Outcomes
  • Directing Staff In The Delivery Of Health Care Services And Overseeing All Administrative Functions Of A Facility Or Department
  • Developing And Implementing Policies To Ensure The Safety Of Patients And Staff
  • Establishing Relationships With Community Leaders And Government Officials To Promote Public Awareness Of Healthcare Issues
  • Managing The Hiring, Firing, And Training Of Hospital Staff Members To Ensure Efficient Operation Of The Facility

Requirement

  • Experience minimum 3-4 years hospital background as Hospital Director or top management
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa
  • Excellent understanding of hospital quality and accreditation
  • Business and cost management and monitoring to plan budget
  • Strong and proven leadership
  • Energetic and passionate
