Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets.
  • Forecast sales and monitor market trends.
  • Analyze operational reports to project sales and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales & marketing team.
  • Maintain existing accounts and acquire new ones.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within Sales or a related function in the hospitality industry
  • Adaptibility to contribute within highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Willing to work on-site in Jabodetabek area
