Ecosystem Business Manager

Job Description:
Ecosystem Development
- Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partners (SMEs, financial institutions, platforms, and consumer-focused companies).
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.
Partnership & Project Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, risk, and finance) to deliver on partnership projects.
- Ensure timely execution of initiatives with clear ROI and measurable outcomes.
P&L Management
- Own the P&L for ecosystem-related projects and partnerships.
- Monitor revenue, cost, and profitability of each initiative.
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to management.
- Recommend strategies to optimize project margins and ensure sustainable growth.
Market Insights & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and ecosystem trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to expand and strengthen the partnership portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in partnership management, business development, or P&L/project management roles. - Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L, budgets, or revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or SME/consumer ecosystem preferred.
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
