Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue growth opportunities for the company. Responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, designing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to drive business growth. This role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles on web3 / CEX industry
  • Strong negotiation, partnership-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Market research, data analysis, and trend forecasting experience
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology is an advantage
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and execute business strategies effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
