Payroll Data Processor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct payroll data processing on the customer's behalf.
  • Collect payroll-related data.
  • Conduct data verification.
  • Process and generate payroll and tax reports.
  • Verify generated reports.
  • Deliver and communicate reports to clients.
  • Liaise with the process owner.
  • Submit reports to the Tax Office and BPJS.
  • Participate in training, certification, and personnel development programs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Data Science, or other relevant fields of study.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a payroll data processor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and PPh 21 (income tax regulations).
  • Familiar with SQL queries.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Stringent to a deadline.
  • Willing to travel for short-term assignments as required by customers.
