Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
  2. Manage employee data, contracts, and HR documentation.
  3. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll input, and monthly HR administration.
  4. Support training, development, and performance evaluation programs.
  5. Assist in policy making and ensure implementation of company regulations.
  6. Handle employee relations, internal communication & company culture programs.
  7. Ensure HR operations comply with Indonesian labor law.

Requirements

  1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Law, or related major.
  2. 1–2 yrs experience in HR Generalist or HR Administration role (Digital/Agency is a plus).
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll & employee administration.
  4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills — empathetic & solutions-oriented.
  5. Able to work detail-oriented, organized, with a sense of urgency.
  6. Familiar with HRIS/attendance system is an advantage.
