What You'll Do

  • Understand business processes and user needs from
    HR, payroll, product, and stakeholders
  • Design
    user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
    for HRIS modules
  • Create UI designs that are
    consistent, responsive, and aligned with the design system
  • Develop and maintain
    design systems
    (components, patterns, interaction states)
  • Conduct
    usability testing
    , identify UX issues, and propose improvements
  • Collaborate closely with
    developers
    to ensure accurate implementation
  • Improve user experience for complex modules (payroll, attendance, recruitment, master data)
  • Prepare
    design documentation
    and support iterative feature development
  • Use data, research, and user feedback to continuously improve product quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
    , or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience
    as a UI/UX Designer
  • Proficient in
    Figma
  • Strong understanding of
    design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design
  • Basic knowledge of
    UX writing
    and user flow design
  • Experience designing
    enterprise or complex applications
    is a strong plus
  • Able to translate business requirements into
    simple, usable interfaces
