The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, benefits administration, and coordinating HR processes. The role involves supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and contributing to a positive and effective work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR roles, particularly in wellness or clinical research fields, is a plus
