Job Description

PT Sawah Cyber Security is looking for a strong, honest, and trustworthy HR Generalist to manage our Human Resources processes and protect a healthy, professional work culture.

This is a sensitive and responsible role. You will work closely with the CEO and will be directly involved in recruitment, employee development, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when required.

This position is not a "santai" role, not remote, and requires someone who is comfortable handling difficult conversations in a professional manner, and stimulates growth in a healthy and positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct structured HR recruitment interviews with candidates
  • Assess candidates on attitude, communication, professionalism, and culture fit
  • Prepare interview notes, evaluations, and hiring recommendations
  • Ensure recruitment processes are objective, fair, and well-documented

People Development & Employee Well-Being

  • Monitor and support team satisfaction, motivation, and engagement
  • Coordinate employee development, training, and learning plans
  • Act as a neutral and trusted contact for employee concerns
  • Prevent and address gossip, conflict, or toxic behavior in the workplace
  • Actively correct behavior that does not align with company values

Performance Management

  • Organize and execute monthly and annual performance reviews
  • Prepare performance evaluation materials and follow-up actions
  • Support management during performance discussions
  • Maintain confidential HR records and documentation

Discipline & Professional Conduct

  • You can conduct professional and confrontational discussions when needed. You know your role and position as HR.
  • You have no issues when need to issue formal warnings (SP1 / SP2) in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism in all HR actions
  • Protect both the company and employees by handling sensitive matters correctly

Requirements & Profile

  • Atleast 1-year experience as HR generalist, HR office or People Operations
  • Strong backbone - not afraid of difficult or confrontational conversations
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Emotionally mature and objective
  • Good understanding of team dynamics and employee behavior
  • Not involved in bad working behaviors (gossip and toxic behavior)
  • Able to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned tasks

Additional Requirements

  • You live 10-15 minutes from Teuku Umar (Denpasar) by motorbike.
  • Willing to working actively at the office. No remote.
  • Comfortable to work closely with the CEO.
  • Language: both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work with computers and basic HR administration
